- That moment when you start this week’s laundry only to realize you still haven’t put away the clean clothes from last week’s laundry. Blurg.
- I went shopping and found a really pretty spring jacket. As I waited in line to pay, an 80 year old woman came up behind me to wait in line – and she was holding the exact same jacket! Very disappointed in myself, I walked it back to the rack as quickly as my feet would carry me, hoping maybe she’s just really hip?
- I used hot pepper sauce in Stevie’s mouth for the first time this week. He has been spitting on me whenever he doesn’t get his way, so out of sheer desperation, I did it. He cried and cried and I felt a teensy bit bad for him. But, get this – it didn’t even work! When I warn him its coming, you can tell he stops to think about what he’s doing and then spits anyway. Maybe it’s not feakin’ hot enough.
- I am really, really, REALLY sick of all my clothes. I think my shopping diet may have backfired on me, because now I just want to destroy my entire closet and start from the beginning.
- Although we had no winter to speak of, it still feels as if Spring is in the air. Actually it kind of feels like Summer. But regardless, I have enjoyed being outside, planting things and adding that Spring touch to my patio garden(s).
