  1. I told Stevie to kiss my butt yesterday.  And that was one of the nicer things I was thinking.
  2. I’m trying to teach him gratitude when I take him places, but he always just ends up so angry that we’re leaving.  Like fall-on-the-floor-I’m-not-going-anywhere-lady angry.  He’s almost too big to physically drag to the car.
  3.  I feel a strange sense of satisfaction when the frozen vegetables are sold out.  I’m not the only mom making those for dinner!
  4. Recently, a friend posted a documentary of high school students talking about 80’s fashion (really funny time capsule) and whenever a blonde guy with longish hair and a side part came on the screen, Stevie pointed and said “MOM!”  This kid is gonna keep me humble.
  5. As a mother, one of the bravest things you can do is wear all white.   You feel me ladies?  I like to live on the edge I tell ya.

  1. Lily has been running around the house yelling ‘GRUMPY CRAAAACK!’ and I have no idea where she got that from. She’s got ‘Kiss my butt’ down pretty well…
