- I looked into eyelash extensions and as much as I really, really want them, I am going to hold off. I didn’t know much about them except that they look a-mah-zing. But they run about $200. They take 1-2 hours to apply. They need to be filled every 3-4 weeks. Fills cost $50-100… I’ll just stick with my $8 mascara. Wah.
- Sometimes I really, truly get the urge to throw Stevie’s favorite books off the balcony.
- My arms are getting the old lady swing, so I started to run with little 2 lb. hand weights. And I look like a total dork. Paul says “Hey, the people laughing at you are sitting on their asses in the car. What can they say?!” Thanks honey!
- I need a real vacation. I can’t even imagine going somewhere where I have to sit and do nothing. Forced relaxation. But I seriously think it’s time. Turks & Caicos, anyone?
- And speaking of stress… apparently, I can only go about 3 months with zero shopping. I broke my shopping diet a few months back, and I just did it again. Two pairs of shorts plus this little green summer dress, all for $35. I sound like a Ross commercial. But really, it was almost a crime NOT to buy them. I feel better now that I came clean. Let’s see if I can make it to the end of the year… Fall is my season of weakness! #fail
