1. So very grateful that Stevie’s eye is healing and we can go back to the local wading pools.  They’re a freakin’ life saver because it requires very little effort from me.  I just have to make sure he doesn’t jump, splash, or run the entire time.  Because those are like the easiest rules ever for kids to follow at a pool.
2. Got myself a new waterproof phone case!  I went the cheap route this time because I was sick of paying so much money, knowing they never really last that long.  4 days in and so far, so good!  Fingers crossed for the whole rest of summer.
3. How does anyone drink from those paper straws?  They give me the hilly billies.  Gag!
4. Odd Mom Out, anyone?  I don’t know.  I’m on the fence.  What say you?
5. If I could pick one thing to wear the rest of summer?  Probably my black romper.  I bought it yeeears ago and I still love it.
