- Stevie says the weirdest things lately. But when I hear “I wanna call dad tell him Stevie farted on Gadoo’s head” I can’t help but count the words and think what a great sentence he almost made!
- Besides the house and backyard and upcoming decorating about to take place (the decoratiiiiing!!!), another reason I’m excited to move is I’m pretty sure we will order a pizza at some point for dinner since all our dishes are packed. What a stupid thing to look forward to.
- We turned on our heater the last 2 nights! It was so cozy. Of course it will be 80 degrees today but I have to focus on the little things.
- Can anyone give me some tips on “aging gracefully”? Because right now I feel like I want a new face. And I kind of have a ways to go with this one…
- I have tried many, many methods over a few years to break my shopping addiction, and I always think I’m making headway. But right now is the first time in my life I feel real change. Shopping sustainable, ethical brands and second hand has slowed me down considerably. I like that I’m not contributing to an industry that is so… polluting – to the environment, to human lives, and to my mind. I guess spending our life savings on a house has slowed me down too. A little bit.
